Hilton Tallinn Park hotel

Olympic Entertainment Group has constructed a luxury hotel to Kreuzwald street in Tallinn which is operated by Hilton Worldwide under its Hilton Hotels & Resorts trademark. The building is 13 floors high which consists of 4-stroried lower building part and 9-storied higher part.

The hotel has all together 202 guest rooms and suites. In addition there is a conference room, sports centre, spa with indoor swimming pool, outdoor terrace and a restaurant with a bar. On the first floor of this outstanding hotel lobby there is also a new 1600 sq.m Olympic Casino. There’s a parking floor on the underground floor and on the roof a landing deck for helicopters. Hotel rooms have a view to the streets of the old city and Gonsiori street side rooms can also see a view to the sea. Three top floors are executive floors on which the rooms have a French balcony. There’s an executive lounge on the highest floor of the hotel.

The main contractor for this project was AS Merko Ehitus Eesti, who was responsible for design, construction and also inner furnishing. The architect for this building is Meelis Press. Completion time was in the end of 2015. Basement floor walls and roof ceiling was waterproofed using GRACE Bituthene 4000 rolled-on membrane. Before the membrane was rolled on, corner filletings were made using GRACE Bituthene LM liquid membrane. Membrane lower and top edges were sealed with GRACE Bituthene Mastic liquid membrane. The waterproofing membrane was protected with Styrofoam heat insulation. Waterproofing system was protected with Styrofoam insulation both on the walls and on the ceiling. Walls without insulation were covered with INTERPLAST Iso-Drain 8 Diagonal drainage mats to protect the waterproofing. In addition we installed HAUFF-TECHNIK HSD pipe seals to cable protection piping.
