What we did
We installed waterproofing with heat insulation on the bottom slab and the basement walls. We fulfilled waterproofing works in the building elevator shafts.
What we used
Waterproofing of the building bottom slab and the basement walls was fulfilled with GRACE Preprufe/Bituthene system. For the bottom slab waterproofing we used the laminated membrane GRACE Preprufe 300R with 400mm turned up side formwork. The outerwall and the bottom slab pre-foremd corners were rounded with GRACE Bituthene LM. The walls primed with Primer B2 and for waterproofing we used GRACE Bituthene 4000 laminated membrane,and covered it with the Preprufe membrane overcoating. Plus we used 100 mm thick Thermisol EPS 120 Routa foamed polystyrene heat insulation plates. The elevator shafts waterproofing – laminated membrane GRACE Preprufe 300R with 400 mm turned up side formwork.
