Värska SPA

The start for construction of Värska Resort&Water Park was made in the year of 1971, when by a government decree Värska region was declared a local resort. In 1972 a foundation meeting of Värska Spa was held, where a decision was made to set a sanatorium “Värska” for agricultural workers.

The project authors were architects Vilen Künnapu, Ülevi Eljand and engineer Henn Karits. The construction began on October 6, 1976. The first people arrived for treatment on May 3, 1980. Värska Spa is unique in Estonia due to its medical facilities. Värska offers pampering with natural means – therapeutical mud from the fresh water of Lämmijärve lake and famous Värska mineral water scooped deep from the subsoil plots. In addition to the mineral water and therapeutical mud a resort guest may also receive electrotherapy, different kinds of massage, laser treatment, paraffin treatment, salt treatment, physiotherapy, therapeutical gymnastics and many other healing treatments.

We fulfilled different waterproofing works through the contractor’s request.
