Basement floor waterproofing was made using Epasit MineralDicht and MineralSanoPro surface treatment system for salts and moisture. Existing surfaces were cleaned and gaps in masonry were levelled using FEB Febond SBR polymer mixture and Epasit he. Epasit MineralDicht plast mineral waterproofing was used when waterproofing walls in contact with basement floor. Adhesive layer was made with Epasit hb. Epasit MineralDicht sperr watertight protection plaster was installed. Salinated and damp interior walls were treated with MineralSanoPro lpf-WTA plaster on Epasit hb adhesive layer. Wall surfaces were finished with surface treatment plaster Epasit sef/sg and covered with Epasit spf silicate paint. Ceiling on the inner part of the courtyard was waterproofed using GRACE Servidek two compound cold-mountable rubber bituminous mixture on which 3 mm Servipak protection boards were laid. The ceiling was covered with ISO-DRAIN 8 Geo XPS-insulation and drainage mat.
