Residential house in Nõmme
A complex waterproofing solution was carried out on the walls that were damaged from moisture and dry rot on the basement floor. Limestone foundation was opened, cleaned and levelled using FEB Febond SBR polymeric mixture. Surfaces connected with the masonry were covered with thick-bitumen mastics IZOLEX Styrbit 2000- foundation walls were insulated using XPS-boards and INTERPLAST ISO-DRAIN 8 Diagonal drainage mats were also installed. A partial capillary moisture barrier was carried out on the walls using MC-Injekt GL-95 acrylate gel.
