Residential house terrace in Veski St. 13, Tartu.
Terrace roof ceiling waterproofing was carried out in a red brick building with field stone foundation using GRACE Bituthene 4000 cold-applied rollable membrane in two layers. INTERPLAST ISO-DRAIN 8 Geo protection and drainage mats were installed to protect the waterproofing. Epasit MV surface enhancer and FEB Aquaseal Hyprufe cold bitumen mastics were used on waterproofing plinth walls.
