Sewage teatment plant in Meriküla

HAUFF-TECHNIK pipe entry systems, which are resistant to 2,5 bar of water pressure, were used to watertight pipe penetrations in the walls of a water reservoir. Wall sleeves with inner diameter of 150…400mm were installed to the walls before concrete casting to create slots for penetrations. Pipe penetrations were sealed with EPDM-rubber compression seals inside the wall sleeve and all metal parts were made of stainless steel AISI 316L. Since pipe outer diameters varied from 88 to 324 mm then the rubber compression seals were ordered in five different dimension according to pipe diameters.
