Outbuildings baseplate was waterproofed using GRACE Preprufe 160R rolled-on membrane, walls with epasit bdk/2k waterproofing coating and roof ceiling with
GRACE Bituthene 4000 rolled-on membrane. An area with micro piles and pipes coming through Preprufe membrane were sealed using GRACE Bituthene LM liquid membrane. The same material was used to fillet roof edges. GRACE Bituthene Mastic liquid membrane was also used on the roof to seal the edges of rolled-on membrane. Baseplate and roof ceiling was insulated using Styrofoam insulation, walls with EPS insulation. Also Iso-Drain 8 Geo drainage mats with geotextile were used on the walls and ceiling.
