City square in Rotermanni block
Flour warehouse is divided into two: Old and New Flour Warehouse. The new one is a modern office building right beside the new city square and it is connected to the historical flour warehouse. The office building has two houses embedded with each other – modern architecture and a historical milieu have united.
The old flour warehouse was created in 2008. The building joined with the flour warehouse with nearly 3000 sq.m of commercial and business rooms that are located just next to a new city square was designed by architect Hanno Grossschmidt.

What we did
The roof ceiling was primed and GRACE Bituthene 4000 rolled-on membrane was installed. GRACE Bituthene 8000 rolled-on membrane was installed as a second layer. The edges of the water barrier were sealed using GRACE Bituthene Mastic liquid membrane, the areas around trappers were sealed using Bituthene LM liquid membrane. GRACE Servipak 3mm protective plate was installed to secure turnarounds and 2×50 mm insulation to protect horizontal surface waterproofing system.
