Tallinn English College (former Tallinn 7 Secondary School) was founded in September 1940 in the same building where at the time of the Estonian Republic Tallinn French Lyceum existed. The building in Tallinn at Hariduse 3 was finally completed on 9 October 1937. Tallinn English College moved into new premises in Estonia pst. 10 (a former home for a Commercial High School) in August 1996.
