The Airport utility building
Tallinna Lennujaam Ltd deals with operating and development of belonging to the airport enterprises in order to ensure ground-based servicing of the aircrafts, passengers and goods. The enterprise administrates the Estonian airports, including except Tallinn the airports of Tartu, Pärnu, Kuressaare, Kärdla, Kihnu and Ruhnu. The owner of Tallinna Lennujaam Ltd shares is the Estonian Republic and the enterprise is within the administrative area of the Ministry of Economic Affairs and Communications.
What we did
The problem in the utility building of Tallinna Lennujaam was the in-built floor foundation void and the floor slab failure. We filled the sub-flooring voids and the slab stabilization by drilling method, using cement slur.
