What we did

We installed waterproofing with protective heat insulation on different substrates.

What we used

Waterproofing of the centre piling sheet pits and elevator shaft was done with the laminated membrane GRACE Preprufe 160R. In the basement slab waterproofing we used more durable and thicker laminated membrane GRACE Preprufe 300R. The car park outer walls and the building outer walls were waterproofed with the laminated membrane GRACE Bituthene 4000, the edges were sealed with liquid membrane. For heat insulation we installed heat protection plates EPS120 above and below – drainage mat Iso-Drain 8 Diagonal.
