What we did
We fulfilled the sanation plastering, levelling of the foundation surface, installed waterproofing with protective heat insulation on the basement walls and the terrace.
What we used
The surfaces plastering was fulfilled with sanation plaster system EPASIT, for the adhesive coating we used epasit hb and salt-soluble aggregative sanation plaster epasit lpf. The foundation surfaces were levelled with polymeric Febond SBR admixture, waterproofed with thick bithumene coating epasit bdk/2kand protected against damages with a geotextile mat. The inner court was waterproofed with a bentonite mat. On the upper terrace we installed the waterproofing membrane Bituthene 4000 on the concrete levelling coating on the wall with upturnings.
