Pühajärve Resort
Situated on the banks of the most beautiful Estonian lake in the immediate vicinity from the winter capital Otepää Pühajärve Spa & Resort is one of the favourite holiday destinations both for Estonians and foreign guests. In Pühajärve resort one may find plenty of restaurants, cafes and pubs. Located in the heart of Pühajärve manor’s park spa hotel offers its guests a cosy stay with all amenities, spa treatments and numerous conference services. Not far from the hotel there are several tennis courts, a sandy beach, hiking trails of different length and a full-measure golf course.
Years of construction: I stage – 2003, II stage – 2006. Works were performed by Feliton OÜ and Elautex Air OÜ, renovation was done in 2006. The architect is Andres Alver from Alver Trummal Arhitektid company.

What we did
During Pühajärve resort renovation we installed the horizontal moisture-control against capillary water in the court-side outer wall, using the injection method. The peculiarity of the building was that the natural stone masonry had been laid absolutely sporadically, which meant a really serious challenge for drilling equipment.
What we used
We used MC-Bauchemie low viscosity acrylic gel MC-Injekt GL-93 and Desoi injection technology (2-component pump, injection steel nozzle). In addition, we needed to order a handful of highly durable Hilt’s drills made under special order for the project.
