INTERPLAST® Kunststoffe GmbH was founded in the year of 1991, in Switzerland.
The main product line in the plant includes a variety of compounds made from extruded and pressure resistant plastics for the building market and flooring of sports grounds.
INTERPLAST® Kunststoffe GmbH products are distributed in more than 40 countries. INTERPLAST® plastic drainage and protection blankets have established themselves on the Estonian market too.
Sovereign Chemicals Ltd was founded in the year of 1965 in England and today it is apart of the global Bostik Group. Manufactures an extensive range of consrtuction chemicals, including remedial building products.
In 1950 two ambitious young men – Leopold Hutterer and Viktor Lechner – founded a new company for the purpose of gaining a foothold in the lead business. Their technical and commercial qualifications allowed them to build up an enterprise which was able to meet the demands of such complex branches of trade like the chemical industry and wastage installations. From humble beginnings the two men were soon able to build a little shed. A few years later they purchased a bigger factory building, which is still the company’s location now.
Continuous development of new products and intensive contact to the wholesalers and plumbers made it possible to build up an excellent reputation throughout and outside Europe.
These days the factory is proud of having very modern and highly competitive production facilities on an area of 10.000 square meters. That also comprises a shop for the independent construction of injection molds and tools. The company employs about 100 people.

DESOI is one of the world’s leading manufacturers of injection technology and products for sealing, renovation and building preservation. Since the foundation in 1979, the company has dedicated its activities to innovation in the development of systems and solutions.
With 70 employees, DESOI belongs to a medium-sized family-run enterprise in the centre of Germany.
For more than 50 years we have been processing synthetic materials, especially through applying extrusion technology and deformation. The product range has been continuously expanded. It includes the thermoplastic range, where primarily PVC and polyolefin are used. Most of the over 70 employees have many years of experience in processing synthetic materials. The state-of-the-art and new production equipment is operated in three shifts. As well as extensive standard programs also customer specific orders are dealt with.
Our method of material processing guarantees a cost-effective and flexible development of own product formulations. On customer request we will take over the packaging services. Extrusion tools and future technologies are designed in our development department and assembled in our own tool making facilities.

ADEKA ULTRA SEAL
Sealing materials, swellable in contact with water
To provide excellent hydroinsulation of structures, sealing systems are exposed to the strict requirements – both in new construction and repair work.
Special attention should be given both to the main aim – achieving of the reliable water (not standing), as well as to such issues like easy and clean installation, permanent waterstop, and the last, but not the least – rapid and economic installation.
ADEKA ULTRA SEAL is natural rubber hydroinsulation composition, expanding in contact with water. Hydrofilic components of chemically modified natural rubber allow to control the expansion capacity of ADEKA ULTRA SEAL products.
Material yield strength and rubber optimal elasticity properties ensure great expansion capacity and tensile strength.
In contact with water ADEKA ULTRA SEAL expands and contact pressure onto adjacent materials, that will withstand 8 bar hydrostatic pressure not endangering the joint strip extrusion. Due to this fact, installation is also possible in places with continuous hydrostatic pressure alterations.
High elasticity of ADEKA ULTRA SEAL products, permanent and controlled expansion properties, excellent recovery, the exceptional natural rubber elongation and permanent quality – the features that provide durable joints sealing.
ADEKA ULTRA SEAL product line includes joint strips in different sizes and a paste, that allow optimal waterstop in a variety of solutions both in general and special construction.
