Water-swelling elastic one component waterstop with a putty-like consistency

Features 
ADEKA ULTRA SEAL P-201 is a water-swelling, non-spreadable paste, used for hydroinsulation of joints and penetrations.

Ready-to-use one component sealing putty. Applied to the surface with a standard foam gun. When hardening, P-201 becomes a rubber-like non-shrinkable material.

In contact with water P-201 doubles in volume, and pressure onto joint surfaces provides permanent sealing.

P-201 special feature is continuous swelling and very elastic deformation even in swelled state.

P-201 has excellent resistance to numerous chemicals and solvents.

P-201 provides excellent bond to concrete, metal and polyvinylchloride (PVC), the paste is also widely applicable on damp surfaces. No priming required.

P-201 is rapid and easy to apply.

Installation

• hydroinsulation of construction joints and piping penetrations
• sealing of steel sheet piles, joint applications, etc.
• sealing areas around steel pile shoes and pillars

• in installation of light shafts for sealing construction welds, etc.

ADEKA ULTRA SEAL KM-3030M

Elastic one component sealing putty, swellable in contact with water

General description 
KM-3030M is a chemically modified natural rubber product with an embedded wire mesh with stainless steel.

KM-3030M natural rubber product and hydrofilic agents are chemically connected in a patented process. In contact with water the product undergoes controlled expansion.

The expansion capability ensures a double-locking waterstop: KM-3030M stops water by compression from rubber’s natural resilience and by the moisture induced expansion.

When hydrated, KM-3030M will fill any void within the limit of its expansion capability (150% by volume). KM-3030M has excellent tensile and comrehensive strength and good restorabilty, provided with sulphur in process of vulcanisation.

KM-3030M is resistant against various chemicals. Seal can be used in absolutely different solutions (e.g., salts solutions, cement grout, etc.). KM-3030M is environmentally-friendly. Contains no poisonous agents or heavy metals.

Installation
In expansion joints (see Choosing the right expansion joint product). KM-3030M is an excellent waterstop for use in shear movement joints.
